Web & Graphic Designer

About the role

Contour, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. with offices in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, is looking for a creative, hands-on Web & Graphic Designer. The designer brings marketing campaigns and brand ideas to life across digital and print, designing websites, landing pages and marketing materials in close collaboration with the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Design website pages, landing pages and campaign experiences, from wireframes and layouts to high-fidelity designs, responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile
• Partner with web developers to provide build-ready designs and assets, and review implemented pages for design QA
• Create sales and marketing collateral such as one-pagers, brochures, presentations, case studies and proposals
• Design digital ads, email graphics, social media creative, trade show materials and signage, and maintain reusable templates
• Maintain the brand guidelines and design system, and keep a library of creative assets and templates up to date
• Edit images, turn marketing briefs into visual stories and collaborate with marketing, sales and other teams
• Manage multiple requests and projects, present design concepts and keep timelines and progress clear

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, web design, marketing design or related fields
• Strong portfolio showing website, landing page and marketing design work
• Ability to take a project from brief to final production, with attention to detail and ability to handle several projects and deadlines
• Comfortable collaborating with marketers, developers and other non-design stakeholders
• Advanced professional English (C1 or higher)

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
• Responsive website and landing page design experience
• Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, colour and UX fundamentals
• Nice to have: Webflow, Framer, WordPress, HTML/CSS, motion graphics, video editing, After Effects/Premiere Pro/CapCut, design QA and web performance optimization
