Web & Graphic Designer (Remote)

About the role

Speakeasy Marketing is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Web & Graphic Designer to join its remote team. You will design polished, conversion‑focused web pages and marketing assets for law‑firm clients while leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency and creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Design website homepages, landing pages, and internal pages for law‑firm clients.
• Create graphics, buttons, icons, banners, thumbnails, and other digital assets.
• Use AI tools for concept development, image generation, layout inspiration, and design refinement.
• Produce designs both with and without AI assistance, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Iterate designs based on feedback from marketing, video, and operations teams.
• Maintain organization and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design eye for layout, spacing, color, typography, and branding.
• Ability to work the required schedule (5 pm – 2 am PKT) reliably and responsively.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to deliver high‑quality work quickly.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote position.
• Compensation starting at $800/month, increasing to $900 after 90 days and $1,000 after 180 days.
