Webflow Developer – CRO with GoHighLevel Experience

About the role

ACE CPAs is building a fast‑growing paid‑ads demand generation engine and needs a Webflow developer who can create conversion‑optimized landing pages and connect them to their GoHighLevel CRM. The role focuses on rapid page builds, tracking implementation, and AI‑assisted workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Build and clone message‑matched Webflow landing pages for multiple sub‑niches, ensuring clean H1/H2/H3 hierarchy, meta tags, and fast load speed.
• Restructure CMS‑linked service pages into independent static pages with dedicated forms and layouts.
• Develop and continuously iterate 25+ landing pages, running A/B tests on copy, design, and forms.
• Create multi‑step lead forms with conditional logic and integrate them with GoHighLevel via API or webhook.
• Design conversion‑focused offers and write or edit copy to maximize conversions.
• Install and QA the full tracking stack (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads conversion actions, Meta Pixel, Conversions API) and verify firing with Tag Assistant.
• Wire Webflow form submissions into GoHighLevel and push offline conversions back to Google Ads and Meta.
• Set up an AI‑driven page‑building system (Claude, Claude Code, Webflow MCP) and train the marketing team on self‑service page creation.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and cloning Webflow landing pages with proper SEO structure.
• Experience restructuring dynamic Webflow pages into standalone static pages.
• Hands‑on knowledge of GTM, GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel implementation and validation.
• Ability to integrate form submissions into a CRM via API, webhook, Zapier or Make (GoHighLevel a strong plus).
• Comfort with AI tools for rapid page generation and a track record of same‑day turnaround on edits.
