About the role

We are looking for a proactive WhatsApp Sales & Booking Executive to join our team remotely. The role involves handling customer inquiries via WhatsApp Business, explaining our services, and converting interest into confirmed bookings for our UAE operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer messages on WhatsApp Business.
• Explain service packages, pricing, and answer queries.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and record details accurately.
• Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads.
• Coordinate bookings with the UAE operations team.
• Maintain professional communication throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Reliable personal laptop, high‑speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
• Availability for rotating day and evening shifts.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; sales or customer‑service experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using WhatsApp Business for business communication.
