Wind Turbine Maintenance Engineer

About the role

People Perfect is seeking a Wind Turbine Maintenance Engineer to join a leading renewable energy organization. The role focuses on ensuring the efficient operation, inspection, and maintenance of wind turbine generators at on‑site wind farm locations in Banbhore, Sindh.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of wind turbines.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Monitor SCADA data to detect faults and performance issues.
• Maintain gearbox, generator, pitch, yaw, brake, and cooling systems.
• Execute scheduled tasks such as lubrication, torque checks, and filter replacement.
• Diagnose converters, sensors, control systems, and blade components.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and fault records.
• Manage spare parts, tools, and equipment inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Renewable Energy Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in wind energy, industrial maintenance, or power generation.
• Hands‑on experience with electrical, mechanical or hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work at heights and in remote locations.
