Workshop Supervisor – Cold Chain (Karachi)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our cold‑chain maintenance workshop in Karachi. The role involves overseeing the repair and upkeep of refrigeration equipment, deep freezers and refrigerated vehicles, ensuring high service quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily repair and preventive maintenance of refrigeration units, deep freezers and refrigerated trucks.
• Manage a team of workshop technicians, schedule work orders and monitor performance.
• Coordinate spare‑parts inventory and ensure timely troubleshooting of breakdowns.
• Prepare maintenance reports and track workshop KPIs.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Required profile

• B.E. Mechanical or B.Tech (Mechanical) or equivalent qualification in refrigeration/mechanics.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in a cold‑chain or refrigeration workshop environment.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with commercial refrigeration systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
