Youth Program Manager

About the role

The Youth Program Manager will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of youth‑focused initiatives at Naseeha Institute, a non‑profit dedicated to revitalising Islamic learning. Based in Lahore, this full‑time, on‑site role works closely with community partners to create engaging, educational experiences for young participants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative program models that align with the institute’s mission and educational goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organisations, and families.
• Oversee all logistical aspects of programmes, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and support youth participants to foster personal and academic growth.
• Monitor programme outcomes, collect feedback, and produce evaluation reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in youth programmes and youth development.
• Background in programme management or development, preferably within non‑profit or educational settings.
• Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for education and the institute’s mission to revive Islamic learning.

Required skills

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with youth, parents, and community partners.
• Ability to organise and manage events or workshops.
