YouTube Thumbnail Designer

About the role

InSol360, a Lahore-based video marketing agency serving international clients across health, fitness, wellness, food, finance and legal sectors, is seeking a YouTube Thumbnail Designer. The role focuses on creating thumbnail assets that drive clicks and conversions rather than just visual appeal.

Key responsibilities

• Design high-performing YouTube thumbnails as the primary deliverable.
• Produce multiple thumbnail variations per video when required.
• Collaborate with YouTube strategists and video editors.
• Apply CTR-driven principles such as contrast, emotion, curiosity and clarity.
• Iterate rapidly based on feedback and maintain consistency across channels while adapting to niche psychology.

Required profile

• Strong command of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Excellent sense of typography, composition, contrast and visual hierarchy.
• Understanding of YouTube thumbnail psychology and ability to work quickly without ego around feedback.
• Good English communication skills.
