About the role
CreativeFlic, a YouTube as a Service agency, is looking for a YouTube Video Editor to create high‑retention long‑form videos, Shorts, and faceless content. The role involves editing, topic research, and script refinement.
Key responsibilities
- Edit high‑retention long‑form videos and Shorts.
- Build faceless videos from voiceovers using B‑roll, motion graphics and AI visuals.
- Edit talking‑head content with fast cuts, kinetic text, zooms and sound design.
- Research video topics and help write or refine scripts.
Required profile
- Proven experience with faceless and talking‑head YouTube videos.
- Strong understanding of retention and visual pacing.
Required skills
- Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Hands‑on use of AI tools in editing
