Academic Support Tutor

About the role

We are seeking an Academic Support Tutor to guide learners through our Virtual Learning Environment, assist with coursework, and ensure a positive learning experience. The role offers training, development and clear pathways for progression within our education services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely academic support to learners via the VLE.
• Guide learners on coursework structure, expectations and occupational standards.
• Review learner queries and deliver clear, accurate, constructive responses.
• Research and supply relevant academic resources and solutions.
• Monitor learner progress, follow‑up to maintain engagement and course completion.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy and consistency in all communications.
• Support internal academic processes as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences or Management Sciences (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong work ethic, honesty, punctuality and commitment.
• High level of English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Genuine passion for education and willingness to learn.
• Exceptional research ability and desire to build a career in education.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of PKR 50,000–60,000 per month, based on experience.
