About the role
The Account Director – Client Services will lead client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure flawless execution of daily client servicing operations. This strategic role requires strong communication, deep marketing knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building trust‑based relationships.
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with client business objectives.
- Oversee operational delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and seamless execution.
- Collaborate with creative, design, web, and production teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Act as client advocate within the organization, conveying feedback and championing solutions.
- Monitor KPIs and account health, proactively addressing issues.
- Identify and pursue organic growth, upselling, cross‑selling, and new business opportunities.
- Lead strategic, campaign‑level, and tactical planning and reporting.
- Negotiate contract renewals to maximize revenue while maintaining strong relationships.
- Develop accurate revenue forecasts and track progress against targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging client needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- 6‑7 years of experience, preferably within a digital agency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinking and strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
Required skills
- Proficient understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Familiarity with social media and AI tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
