Accounts Executive - Accounting and Financial Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Lahore. The role focuses on accurate financial record‑keeping, reporting, and analysis to support the organization’s financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records and accounts in line with company policies.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and statements using Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Assist with account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform high‑precision data entry to support financial analysis.
• Support bookkeeping by recording daily transactions and updating ledgers.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to improve processes and reporting accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze financial data for budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
• Continuously update skills related to accounting software and Excel functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce.
• Minimum one year of accounting experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within the finance department.
