About the role
The Administration Officer will ensure smooth day‑to‑day administrative operations for the back‑office team. You will manage office procedures, support staff, handle documentation, coordinate with vendors, and keep the work environment organized and efficient.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized physical and digital records, purchase invoices, attendance, and leave logs.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, procurement, and liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate courier and logistics for laptops, IT equipment, and documents, especially for the Islamabad office.
- Track and verify utility bills, ensuring timely payments and proper documentation for audit.
- Supervise parking facility allocation and resolve related issues.
- Plan and organize meetings, official events, and corporate activities in collaboration with the Line Manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Arts or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Experience coordinating vendors, logistics, or office operations is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
