About the role

The Admission Advisor will be the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, guiding them through the entire enrollment journey at Roots International Schools. This role combines front‑line communication, outreach, and coordination to ensure a smooth and welcoming admission experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle student inquiries, process applications, and manage the end‑to‑end admission workflow.
• Conduct outreach activities such as school visits, career fairs, and community events to attract new candidates.
• Organize open‑house events and campus tours for prospective students and parents.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate admission records and prepare regular admission reports.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar admissions or student recruitment role.
