Admission Officer

About the role

The Admission Officer will be the first point of contact for prospective students, handling inquiries and guiding them through the application process. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle admission inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk‑ins.
• Assist students with completing application forms and gathering required documentation.
• Verify applications, maintain accurate admission records, and update the admission system.
• Coordinate with academic and finance departments throughout the admission cycle.
• Track application progress, keep students informed, and meet monthly admission targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a target‑driven environment.
