About the role
We are seeking an After Sales Service Specialist to join our team in Lahore. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the primary point of contact for customers after purchase, ensuring their electric bikes operate smoothly and their warranty claims are handled efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support for electric bike issues.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Process warranty claims and maintain accurate service records.
- Monitor service performance metrics and ensure compliance with company service policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to deliver a seamless after‑sales experience.
Required profile
- Experience in customer service, complaint handling and technical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of electric bike or electric vehicle systems and ability to diagnose issues.
- Proficiency with documentation and reporting tools for warranty processing.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field is a plus.
Required skills
- Technical knowledge of electric bikes and EV components.
- Experience with after‑sales service processes in automotive or EV industry.
