After‑Sales Service Executive – EV Bikes

About the role
This full-time, on-site position in Lahore supports customers of Green Electrical Bikes by handling after-sales inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and service-related issues.
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule and complete repairs and maintenance.
- Manage service appointments and maintain accurate service records.
- Process warranty and service claims.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Explain maintenance schedules and proper vehicle usage.
Required profile
- Intermediate, DAE or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of electric vehicles/electric bikes.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh candidates with strong technical knowledge are welcome.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.

What we offer
- Salary PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
