Agile Software Delivery Manager

About the role

Aqovia is looking for a consultative Technical Delivery Manager to lead complex software projects in the EdTech space. You will bridge technical execution, product ownership, and client engagement across Moodle, LMS, and related platforms, driving high‑impact solutions for learners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary squads (engineering, UX, product) to deliver high‑quality software on schedule.
• Partner with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, removing delivery blockers and ensuring operational stability.
• Oversee account finances, including budget forecasting and margin tracking, to guarantee project profitability.
• Provide transparent reporting using DORA metrics to evaluate project health and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Direct experience with digital education technology, Moodle integrations, and LMS architectures.
• Deep knowledge of Lean delivery, XP engineering practices, CI/CD, and API‑driven architectures.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Azure DevOps for tracking and DevSecOps frameworks.
• Proven record in consultancy or professional services managing client journeys, commercial budgets, and resource allocation.
• Comfort using AI productivity tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot to accelerate prototyping.
• Experience contributing to bids, RFP responses, and technical estimations.
