AI Delivery Lead / Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead / Project Manager to drive delivery excellence across multiple AI initiatives. In this fast‑paced environment, you will translate ambitious ideas into prototypes and products while balancing speed, quality, and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery management for several AI product initiatives, creating project plans, roadmaps, milestones and timelines.
• Define scope, dependencies, risks, assumptions and success criteria; track progress and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
• Maintain project governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms and drive accountability across cross‑functional teams.
• Manage scope to prevent creep, evaluate trade‑offs between speed, quality, resources and timelines, and prioritize initiatives with leadership.
• Participate in executive meetings, present status, forecasts, risks and mitigation plans, and communicate transparently with stakeholders.
• Lead Agile delivery processes, facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives and release planning.
• Continuously improve delivery predictability, velocity and overall effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading AI‑focused product delivery or project management in high‑velocity environments.
• Strong discipline in project planning, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to operate where priorities evolve rapidly and experimentation is encouraged.
• Comfortable bridging executive strategy and delivery teams, translating objectives into actionable plans.
• Excellent analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
