AI Productivity Specialist – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking an AI Productivity Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis. You will help a global information services leader boost workflow efficiency by designing, deploying, and fine‑tuning AI‑driven automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks in existing processes and propose AI‑based automation strategies.
• Develop, configure, and roll out AI tools that reduce manual effort and increase team productivity.
• Monitor the performance of deployed AI solutions and adjust settings to optimize output.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed AI capabilities into everyday workflows.
• Document usage guidelines and train end‑users on best practices for AI tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience with AI automation tools and workflow optimization.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate productivity metrics and tool effectiveness.
• Capability to troubleshoot AI tool issues and deliver practical solutions.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting for productivity tracking.
