About the role
We are seeking an AI Productivity Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis. The specialist will help a global information services leader boost workflow efficiency by designing, deploying, and fine‑tuning AI‑driven automation solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify bottlenecks in existing processes and propose AI‑based automation strategies.
- Develop, configure, and implement AI tools that reduce manual workload and increase team productivity.
- Monitor AI tool performance, adjust settings, and ensure optimal output.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed AI solutions into daily workflows.
- Document usage guidelines and train end‑users on best practices.
Required profile
- Proven experience with AI automation tools and workflow optimization.
- Strong analytical ability to evaluate productivity metrics and tool effectiveness.
- Capability to troubleshoot AI tool issues and deliver practical solutions.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting for productivity tracking.
Required skills
- Experience with AI productivity software and platform integration.
