About the role

We are seeking an AI Productivity Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis. The role focuses on leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and boost overall team efficiency for a global information services leader.

Key responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose AI‑based automation strategies.
• Develop, configure, and deploy AI tools that improve productivity and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Monitor AI tool performance, fine‑tune settings, and ensure optimal output.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions into daily workflows.
• Document usage guidelines and provide training to end‑users on best practices.

Required profile

• Experience with AI automation tools and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in AI productivity software and platform integration.
• Strong analytical ability to assess productivity metrics and tool effectiveness.
