AI Trainer – Remote LLM Function Call Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an AI Trainer to help a leading technology company improve large language models. The remote, full‑time position focuses on creating high‑quality multi‑turn conversation data that uses function‑calling tools such as calendar, email, maps, and drive.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi‑turn conversations that simulate real interactions between users and AI assistants using tools like calendar, email, maps, and drive.
• Emulate both user and assistant roles, including assistant tool calls when corrections are required.
• Select when and how assistants use available tools to ensure logical flow and proper function‑call usage.
• Craft dialogues that demonstrate natural language, intelligent behavior, and contextual understanding across multiple turns.
• Iterate on conversation examples based on feedback to improve realism, clarity, and training value.

Required profile

• Experience designing multi‑turn dialogues and natural‑language simulations.
• Ability to emulate AI assistant behavior, including tool use and function calls.
• Familiarity with formatting guidelines and quality standards for training data.
• Strong attention to detail in crafting realistic and coherent interactions.
