AI Workflow and Prompt Designer

About the role

Horquva is looking for an AI Workflow and Prompt Designer to create the end‑to‑end logic and prompt architecture for its hospitality‑focused AI agent system. This short‑term, remote project will give you the chance to shape how the system handles guest inquiries, multilingual responses, escalation rules, and edge‑case management.

Key responsibilities

• Design the complete workflow logic for the hospitality AI agent.
• Develop prompt structures that guide the agent’s conversational behavior.
• Create multilingual response patterns and escalation pathways.
• Define handling procedures for edge cases and unusual scenarios.
• Document the workflow and prompts clearly for demonstration to enterprise clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing prompts and agent workflows for real‑world applications.
• Ability to think about AI behavior in practical business environments.
• Background in hospitality or customer service is a strong advantage.
