Application Specialist – HD, CC & Home

About the role

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Application Specialist to provide clinical application and operational training support for its dialysis equipment and medical products across hospitals and dialysis centres in Pakistan. The role combines on‑site training, remote assistance, and the creation of educational materials to ensure optimal product utilization and patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical application and operational training to physicians, technicians, and nursing staff on Fresenius‑manufactured equipment.
• Provide remote clinical and application support to customers as needed.
• Collect, maintain, and prepare market, product, competition, and business data for internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan, organise, and manage external and internal training events, monitoring budgets and expenses.
• Create training materials such as data sheets, catalogs, slides, videos, and display items.
• Visit customers, clinics, and hospitals nationwide to support implementation and best‑practice sharing.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of dialysis equipment and related medical products.
• Experience in delivering technical training to healthcare professionals.
• Ability to travel across Pakistan and work both on‑site and remotely.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, integrity‑driven attitude.
