Appointment Setter

About the role

Outsource Tel is seeking motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters. In this position you will be responsible for contacting prospects, presenting our services, and securing scheduled meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and existing contacts.
• Present service offerings clearly and persuasively.
• Schedule appointments that align with sales representatives’ availability.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and scheduled meetings in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly appointment targets.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Motivated, confident, and eager to grow in a professional environment.
• Ability to follow scripts and adapt to different customer responses.
• Reliability to work the night shift (7 PM – 4 AM).
