Art Director

About the role

We are seeking an Art Director to shape and execute compelling visual concepts for our clients across digital, social and print channels. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on design, ensuring every piece aligns with brand standards and campaign goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strong visual concepts for multi‑channel campaigns.
• Produce design work from ideation through final output, covering digital, social and print.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists and other creatives to bring ideas to life.
• Lead visual direction while contributing to day‑to‑day creative tasks.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity and quality across all deliverables.
• Present concepts confidently to internal teams and clients.
• Guide and mentor junior designers as needed.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in an advertising or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and execution.
• Excellent eye for design, typography and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
