About the role
We are a well‑established financial services firm in Pakistan, offering brokerage and investment services. We are seeking an Assistant Compliance Officer to support our compliance function, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in KYC/CDD, AML/CFT checks and maintain related records.
- Ensure compliance with SECP, PSX, NCCPL, CDC and internal policies.
- Maintain compliance records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and regulatory bodies.
- Support staff trainings and compliance awareness activities.
- Assist in audit coordination and inspection handling.
- Prepare regulatory correspondence and reports.
Required profile
- BBA, B.Com, BS Accounting & Finance, BS Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Good command of MS Office and Excel.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
