Assistant Manager – Account Management (Future Talent Pipeline)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for Account Management to join our future talent pipeline in Pakistan. You will work within foodpanda’s fast‑paced environment, supporting restaurant partners and driving growth across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with existing restaurant partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upsell and cross‑sell initiatives.
• Develop strategic marketing plans to ensure consistent client growth.
• Monitor account performance metrics and ensure compliance with foodpanda operational standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and maintain quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns and needs.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in client or account management.
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in F&B, media, advertising, FMCG or e‑commerce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability to collect, track and interpret data.
• Adaptable problem‑solver with a results‑driven mindset.
