About the role
The Assistant Manager will support the Finance Business Partner in transmission grid station operations, focusing on budgeting, controlling and management reporting. This role ensures accurate financial planning and regulatory compliance for the transmission network.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare annual CAPEX and REVEX budgets, monitor actual consumption and report variances.
- Produce monthly variance reports, NEPRA‑allowed comparisons and regulatory submissions.
- Track special transmission projects, evaluating timelines and budgets before and after execution.
- Maintain internal controls for expenditure, providing variance analysis throughout the year.
- Coordinate settlements of plant maintenance orders, WBS and monthly CAPEX cash spending.
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, data migration testing and digitalisation initiatives.
Required profile
- 3‑4 years of experience in finance business partnering, budgeting and controlling.
- ACCA qualification or MBA in Finance.
Required skills
- Proficient in SAP modules (MM/PS/FI).
- Strong financial analysis using MS Office tools.
