About the role
The Assistant Manager – FP&A will act as a finance business partner to multiple business units, driving performance through financial insights and analysis. You will work closely with business leads to review revenues, costs and profitability, and support informed decision‑making through accurate forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leads to analyse financial performance and identify profitability improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and review monthly management reports, forecasts and variance analyses.
- Support the annual budgeting and long‑range planning processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance and key drivers.
- Provide insights and recommendations on revenue growth, cost control and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and analysis.
Required profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), ACCA or equivalent qualification.
- 5‑6 years of experience in FP&A, business finance or management reporting.
- Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and results‑driven mindset.

- Power BI (or similar data‑visualisation tools)
