Assistant Manager Project Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead the planning, execution, and supervision of civil construction projects for our retail network. The role involves close coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction activities on site, interpret drawings and BOQs, and coordinate with all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with approved specifications, quality standards, HSE policies, and site safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress, material usage, and site productivity; prepare daily progress reports and support cost control through quantity verification and waste reduction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/BSc).
• 4‑5 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and QA/QC processes.
