Assistant Manager – Site Acquisition & Development

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, field‑oriented Assistant Manager to lead the identification, acquisition, and development of sites for our car service centers. The role combines market research, negotiation, and hands‑on project coordination to expand our network across key locations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential sites for service centers.
• Conduct market surveys and field visits to shortlist high‑potential locations.
• Negotiate rental/lease terms and finalize acquisition agreements.
• Coordinate with landlords, agents, and stakeholders to close deals.
• Liaise with contractors for renovation and construction activities.
• Oversee initial site development, including layout planning and execution follow‑ups.
• Manage approvals, NOCs, and compliance with government departments.
• Ensure timely completion of acquisition and development milestones.
• Maintain a database of potential sites and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Admin, Finance, Legal) for smooth execution.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or retail expansion.
• Experience with well‑known brands that have multiple outlets (preferred).
• Strong understanding of commercial markets and locations.
• Proven track record in lease negotiations and contractor coordination.
• Experience dealing with government authorities for approvals and NOCs.
• Field‑oriented, willing to travel extensively within the region.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Established network of real estate agents, contractors, and local contacts.
