Assistant Manager – Site Acquisition & Development

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, field‑oriented Assistant Manager to lead the identification, acquisition, and development of sites for PakWheels service centres. The role combines market research, negotiation, and hands‑on project coordination to expand our network of oil‑change facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential locations for new service centres.
• Conduct market surveys and field visits to shortlist high‑potential sites.
• Negotiate rental or lease terms and finalize acquisition agreements.
• Coordinate with landlords, agents, and internal stakeholders to close deals.
• Liaise with contractors for renovation, layout planning, and construction activities.
• Manage approvals, NOCs, and compliance with government departments.
• Maintain a database of potential sites and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with Admin, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or retail expansion.
• Background with well‑known brands that have multiple outlets is preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial locations and market dynamics.
• Proven track record in lease negotiations and contractor coordination.
• Experience dealing with government authorities for approvals and NOCs.
• Field‑oriented, willing to travel extensively within the region.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Established network of real‑estate agents, contractors, and local contacts.
