Assistant Retail Sales Manager

About the role

The Assistant Retail Sales Manager will support the growth of our retail network by building strong relationships with existing and prospective stockists and retailers. This role focuses on expanding market presence, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential retailers to drive sales growth.
• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets within the designated territory.
• Expand the retail footprint, increase market penetration, and strengthen brand visibility.
• Monitor retailer performance and communicate sales objectives effectively.
• Coordinate with internal departments and retailers to ensure seamless operations.
• Partner with the Marketing team on branding and promotional initiatives.
• Gather market intelligence, oversee brand availability, and execute sales promotion activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in retail sales, distribution, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
