Assistant Store Manager

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join its Islamabad location. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help drive sales, coach the team and ensure operational excellence while upholding the brand’s heritage of originality and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact in the Store Manager’s absence, overseeing all store functions.
• Implement sales strategies, analyze performance data and take actions to grow revenue.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and inclusive store culture.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, inventory control and daily operational efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience with a proven track record in coaching and training.
• Demonstrated discretion, professional judgment and ability to follow company policies.
• Collaborative attitude that aligns with Levi’s culture of empathy, courage and performance.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent movement, kneeling, reaching and ladder work.
