B2B Cold Caller & Appointment Setter (Evening/Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a confident, results‑driven B2B Cold Caller and Appointment Setter to generate new business opportunities for US‑based clients. The position is full‑time, on‑site in Lahore, working the evening/night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to businesses in the United States.
• Speak directly with owners, managers and decision‑makers to introduce our services.
• Identify prospects with genuine business needs and qualify leads.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Handle objections professionally and follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate call notes and update CRM/database records.
• Achieve daily and monthly outreach targets.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with clear, confident communication.
• Comfortable engaging US‑based business owners and executives.
• Strong listening and questioning abilities.
• Resilient to rejection and able to maintain confidence.
• Previous B2B sales or teleprospecting experience is a plus.
• Interest in building a career in international B2B sales.

Required skills

• CRM usage for tracking prospects and appointments.
