About the role

The Branch Manager will lead a team of seven professionals at HBL's Islamabad location, overseeing all branch operations and driving business growth. This senior position requires at least six years of banking experience and a strong focus on sales, customer relationships, and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of seven staff members to ensure efficient branch operations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve deposit targets of 900 million to 1 billion.
• Maintain high‑quality customer service, resolve inquiries promptly, and strengthen client loyalty.
• Implement risk‑control procedures to identify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports for senior management, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily operations including cash handling, account maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and support cross‑functional initiatives.
