Billing Executive

About the role

The Billing Executive will handle inbound calls and support customers with billing‑related queries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution. This role also focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients to identify further business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and address billing inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain and strengthen long‑term relationships with corporate clients.
• Coordinate with internal Nayatel departments to resolve customer issues.
• Assist in leveraging client relationships to uncover additional business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, BBA, MBA or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
