Bookkeeper

About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team in Lahore. In this role you will accurately record financial transactions, manage both accounts payable and receivable, and support month‑end reporting activities. You will work closely with senior accountants to ensure the integrity of our financial data and assist in preparing documentation for audits and tax filings.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts for accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and update basic financial statements and management reports.
• Assist with the preparation of financial documentation for audits and tax compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients to resolve billing issues.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to organize data, generate reports, and improve workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
