About the role

United Bank Limited is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Rawalpindi location. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for driving branch performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and achieve performance targets.
• Manage, mentor, and develop branch staff to maintain high productivity.
• Drive business growth through client acquisition and cross‑selling of banking products.
• Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations and internal compliance policies.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address customer needs proactively.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and risk management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial services management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and manage risk.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field; Master’s preferred.

Required skills

• Competence with general computer applications.
