Bus Steward

About the role

Faisal Movers is seeking a full‑time Bus Steward to join its team in Multan. You will be the first point of contact for passengers, ensuring a comfortable, safe, and pleasant journey on our luxury air‑conditioned buses.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome passengers, assist with seating, and manage boarding and disembarking.
• Serve refreshments and respond to passenger inquiries during the trip.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards inside the bus.
• Support the driver by coordinating passenger flow and handling minor complaints.
• Monitor safety procedures and act calmly in minor emergencies.
• Work scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and remain calm under pressure.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent; basic proficiency in local languages and simple English preferred.
