Business Development Associate

About the role

The Business Development Associate will support TransLinguist in identifying new market opportunities, generating leads, and assisting the sales team with proposals and client communications. This full‑time position is based in Islamabad and focuses on research‑driven growth across multiple industry segments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internet and market research to uncover new business opportunities and track competitive trends.
• Identify key decision‑makers and buyers within target organisations.
• Source contact details using web search tools and company databases.
• Develop and execute lead‑generation strategies to meet monthly targets.
• Manage RFI/RFP processes and vendor registration in collaboration with Account Managers.
• Create and improve proposals for existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain customer contact lists and mailing databases.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of business development experience.
• Proven ability to work with senior management to align sales strategies.
• Strong planning, analytical and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent web‑research capabilities.
