Global Demand Accelerator, Commercial Analytics & Capability Manager

About the role

The Global Demand Accelerator (DX) team drives transformational commercial solutions that accelerate growth. This role will lead the implementation of Perfect Store Global Standards for PepsiCo, embedding best‑practice capabilities across lighthouse markets and ensuring consistent business impact worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and establish global capability best practices and standards for Perfect Store implementation, supporting a worldwide Perfect Store community.
• Collaborate with Global, sector and business unit leaders to assess current Perfect Store maturity, create roadmaps, and execute high‑impact projects.
• Provide hands‑on support for launching new Perfect Store programs and scaling them into additional markets and channels.
• Deploy consistent Perfect Store value‑realization tracking and integrate Perfect Store chapters into end‑to‑end commercial playbooks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Commercial Analytics, Perfect Store, Category Management or Shopper Marketing across traditional and organized trade channels.
• 7+ years of broader commercial experience in DX, channel development, sales effectiveness, NRM and insights.
• High emotional intelligence with strong verbal and written communication skills to educate and influence senior leaders.
