Business Development Executive (Intern/Trainee) – Commission Based

About the role

DevCore System is seeking motivated female undergraduates or students to join as Business Development Executives on a commission‑based, two‑month probation. The position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while supporting the company’s software and digital services portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage personal, social, and professional networks to identify potential clients.
• Contact prospective international and local clients and pitch software and digital services.
• Serve as the liaison between clients and the technical development team.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Female undergraduate or student currently enrolled in a degree program.
• Strong business development mindset with a focus on client acquisition and lead generation.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to work morning shifts and adapt to a remote work environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with social media prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
