Business Development Lead (Accounting/Taxes)

About the role

AceCPAs, a fast‑growing fully remote accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a Business Development Lead to design and own its outbound growth engine. You will combine strategy, execution, partnership building, and automation to generate a steady flow of qualified opportunities for our construction‑focused bookkeeping and tax services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage referral partnerships with CPA firms, tax firms, estate‑planning attorneys, lenders, and bonding agents.
• Design and run multi‑channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) to secure contracts, consulting, and outsourcing opportunities.
• Build and optimise outreach automations, maintain CRM data in GoHighLevel, and create SOPs that minimise manual effort.
• Track performance metrics such as outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, opportunities created, and revenue generated, providing regular reports and recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven B2B business development, outbound sales, or partnership development experience, preferably targeting the US market.
• Strong understanding of cold‑email infrastructure, deliverability, and multi‑channel outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and confidence speaking with decision‑makers.
• Systems‑oriented mindset with a focus on building scalable processes.
