Business Development Manager

About the role

Fitwell Hub is seeking a full‑time Business Development Manager to expand its health, fitness and wellness solutions across Pakistan. The role is on‑site and focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships and growing the brand in key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new leads across corporate and individual segments.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and prepare tailored proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized wellness and fitness programs.
• Analyze market trends, track performance metrics and deliver regular reports and forecasts to leadership.
• Represent Fitwell Hub at industry events and networking opportunities to boost brand awareness.

Required profile

• Strong abilities in lead generation, client relationship management and sales negotiation.
• Experience in market research, data analysis and preparing business development reports.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Proven collaboration and cross‑functional coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in business development, sales or account management, ideally within services or wellness sectors.
• Organized, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced on‑site environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, productivity software and data dashboards.
