About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our industrial LED lighting portfolio. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering sales targets across factories, warehouses, plants, EPC contractors and project clients.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and commercial sectors.
- Promote and sell industrial LED lighting solutions to factories, warehouses, plants, EPC contractors, consultants and project clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations and technical discussions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates and CRM records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in LED lighting.
- Strong network in industrial sectors and project sales is an advantage.
- Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and willing to travel extensively.
Required skills
- CRM proficiency.
- Knowledge of LED Lighting Products.
