Business Development Officer

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Officer to join our Islamabad office. The role is sales‑focused, tasked with generating new business, building client relationships, and converting prospects into paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities in the CRM.
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and propose appropriate digital, web, CRM, eCommerce and marketing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Achieve a minimum monthly sales revenue target of PKR 500,000.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover and service delivery.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, B2B sales or account management.
• Strong lead generation, communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and comfortable working against monthly targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, IT or related field (preferred).
