Call Center Sales Executive – International Telecom Campaign

About the role

LT Automation is expanding its sales team and seeks confident, energetic, results‑driven Call Center Sales Executives for an international telecom campaign. The role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who enjoy interacting with customers and want to build a career in international sales. Fresh graduates with fluent English are encouraged to apply, while prior call‑center or telesales experience is an advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Handle outbound sales calls for an international telecom campaign.
• Communicate professionally with potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable telecom products and offers.
• Build customer interest and confidently handle objections.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Follow campaign guidelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with team leaders and management to improve sales performance.

Required profile

• Intermediate education.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking with international customers.
• Sales‑oriented and target‑driven mindset.
• Ability to handle objections and communicate persuasively.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fresh candidates may apply; prior call‑center or telecom experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be able to work on‑site in DHA Phase 6, Lahore.

• Salary PKR 35,000–60,000 per month plus commission and performance bonuses.
